A session to get your heart rate up! This session will involve running and exercises to improve your cardiovascular fitness. High Intensity Interval Training.
Weights.
A session to tone your muscles. This session uses hand weights and body weight.
Core Strength.
This session is designed for you develop your core strength. There are no weights at this session, just you!
Running.
Every Wednesday evening and Thursday morning we will do a long run session. All levels of running ability are welcome to this session
